個案教學-創新與創業管理
透過質化和量化資料的收集與分析,我發現學生對這種上課方式表現出極大的積極性和讚賞。他們認為個案分析提供了豐富的學習機會,並培養了解決問題、批判性思維和溝通技巧等重要能力,這些對未來就業至關重要。
創新研究課程作為大學教育中的重要一環,旨在培養學生的創造力、解決問題能力和專業技能,以應對日益複雜的職場需求。個案分析作為一種教學方法,在這一過程中被廣泛應用。通過分析真實世界的案例,學生可以在模擬的環境中學習解決問題的技能,並理解專業知識的實際應用。
在我的課堂中,學生對個案分析方式持積極態度。絕大多數學生表示,個案分析為他們提供了一個深入瞭解真實世界問題的機會,並激發了他們的創造力和解決問題的能力。此外,個案分析促進了批判性思維和溝通技巧的發展。學生們認為,在個案分析過程中,他們不僅學會了分析問題,還學會了有效地表達自己的觀點,並與同儕進行建設性討論和合作。最後,個案分析培養了實踐能力和解決問題的技能。通過實際案例的分析,學生更加直觀地理解了理論知識的應用,並培養了解決問題的能力和自信心。
本課程中也邀請鉅怡智慧總經理、法式餐廳Papillon的米其林主廚、頻譜電子總經理等各行業主管分享經驗並進行授課。我亦帶領台灣及海外的同學參訪頻譜電子總部,透過與企業結合的方式,使教學不僅僅侷限在教室和書本之間。這樣的活動不僅讓學生們獲得了寶貴的行業見識,還將理論知識與實際應用相結合,為他們未來的職業生涯奠定了堅實的基礎。
學生們對創新研究課程中個案分析方式的評價非常高,這種上課方式不僅為他們提供了豐富的學習機會,還培養了他們未來就業所需的重要技能。因此,我在設計課程時,更加重視個案分析方法的應用,並注重培養學生的實踐能力和解決問題的技能。
